It has been a very productive first Trimester at RCIS! Right before Thanksgiving break we celebrated all of the handwork of our students with a STEM Parade and our first monthly PBIS PRIDE Assembly. Perseverance is our first PRIDE value which means "to keep on trying even when it is hard" and each classroom teacher choose one student who has been showing that PRIDE value since September. We also awarded the students who have had perfect attendance!
Next Month our PRIDE Assembly will look at the PRIDE Value of Respect "treating each other the way we want to be treated." We will award a student for the Respect value in all classrooms including specialists, ESL, SPED, and Intervention. Plus students who have shown perfect attendance from November till December will also receive a Perfect Attendance Award for the month!
